Inspired by the one-of-one 2025 BMW XM Kith Concept, Kith and BMW have created a production version of the BMW XM that will release in two colors this Friday, December 6th. This limited edition model will retain the high-performance original factory design of the BMW XM, while featuring Kith-designed updates throughout. As a nod to the number of years since the M1 debuted, only 47 editions will be produced worldwide.

The first paint option is an evolved version of one of BMW’s most coveted colors, and has been newly developed exclusively for this edition—Frozen Techno Violet. This is the first and last time Frozen Techno Violet will ever be offered on another BMW model. The second paint option is Frozen Black, one of the colors used in Kith & BMW’s first partnership.

Kith M-Series badges are featured on the trunk door, illuminated headrest panels, and carbon fiber center console. The interior is crafted from BMW Individual Black Merino Leather and features Kith monogram embossing across the center panels of the seats, headrests, armrest, and backseat pillows. Illuminated Kith artwork is also present on the door sills, along with a “1/47” insignia noting each car’s rarity.

The XM is built with a hybrid powertrain featuring 748 HP and torque of 1,000NM. The car goes from 0 to 60 mph in 3.6 seconds and includes an adaptive M suspension for driving dynamics and the brand’s fourth generation 8-speed M Steptronic transmission.
