Kith Treats honors Miami’s legendary Versailles Cuban Restaurant for its latest installment of The Heritage Program.

In partnership with restaurant discovery platform The Infatuation, Kith Treats’ Heritage Program acts as a vehicle for consumers to discover legacy eateries through culinary collaboration. Each honoree inducted into the program is recognized with specialized programming shared through both entities’ editorial lenses, offering the honorees the opportunity to reach new audiences. For each installment of the Heritage Program, Kith Treats develops confections infused with the honoree’s specialty offering, which are made available on Kith Treats’ menu for a limited time. 

Known as The World’s Most Famous Cuban Restaurant, Versailles has been serving Cuban cuisine to the local community for over five decades. With its uniquely French-inspired aesthetic, the iconic establishment is a treasured Miami landmark, acclaimed for preserving the heritage of Cuban cuisine, with the most extensive Cuban menu in the city. 

The Cuban family owned and operated restaurant includes an on-site bakery, where all of their pastries, breads and desserts are made fresh daily. At its center is Versailles’ “La Ventanita,” a walk-up coffee window which serves their famous Cuban cafecito.

Kith Treats will debut two limited-time ice cream specials at a Pop-Up Event hosted at the iconic Miami staple. Each special marries Versailles' famous Guava Pastelitos as well as their classic Cuban Coffee recipe with Kith Treats’ signature cereal-infused vanilla ice cream.

The Cortadito
Versailles' signature Cuban Coffee slush atop a Golden Grahams-infused milkshake base layer, garnished with buttered Cuban Tostada.

Both specials will be available beginning 12/13 at Kith Treats Miami Beach & Miami Design District while supplies last.
