We offer a 14-day window from the order-received date to let us know if you’d like to initiate a return. Once we are notified, we offer an additional 14-day window to send your item(s) back to us for a refund to your original payment method. The product must be returned in new condition, never worn, with its original label and packaging. If these conditions are not met, the refund will be refused.
