Kith Treats for Katz’s Delicatessen

Kith Treats proudly reprises its partnership with Katz’s Delicatessen, the iconic New York institution and a defining part of the city’s culinary heritage since 1888. For generations, Katz’s has served legendary house-cured, hand-carved pastrami and corned beef, along with other classic deli dishes. To celebrate the partnership, Kith Treats has created a limited-edition capsule collection of co-branded apparel and accessories, alongside a lineup of collaborative ice cream specials: The Katz’s Reuben, The Latke, and The Egg Cream Deluxe.

The Katz’s Reuben
Vanilla ice cream infused with Cheez-It crackers, rye croutons, beets, and smoke essence, garnished with black sugar sprinkles, a Swiss cheese cracker, and a Katz’s half-sour pickle.

The Latke
Vanilla ice cream infused with sour cream and onion chips, applesauce, and Corn Flakes, garnished with an apple butter drizzle, Maldon salt, and a Katz’s mini latke.

The Egg Cream Deluxe
Vanilla ice cream infused with Rice Krispies and a Katz’s mini black-and-white cookie, garnished with another Katz’s mini black-and-white cookie and immersed in an egg cream.

The Kith Treats for Katz’s Delicatessen capsule collection launches on Saturday, September 26, at all global Kith Treats locations and at 11 AM EST/GMT/CET/JST on KithTreats.com and the Kith App. The collaborative ice cream specials will be available from Saturday, September 26, through Sunday, October 4, or while supplies last, at Kith Treats’ Manhattan, Chicago, and Miami Design District locations.
