This item is shipped through DHL, UPS, or DPD, based on delivery location, with an estimated timeframe of 3-5 business days. In rare cases, delays can occur at the warehouse or carrier level that extend that timeframe.

Made-To-Order products are shipped based on time frames of product development previously stated on the product page.

We offer a 14-day window from the order-received date to let us know if you’d like to initiate a return. Once we are notified, we offer an additional 14-day window to send your item(s) back to us for a refund to your original payment method. Returns that exceed the 14-day window following your withdrawal notice will no longer be eligible for a refund. Exclusions apply. The product must be returned in new condition, never worn, with its original label and packaging. If these conditions are not met, the refund will be refused. The return shipping cost, which may vary, will be deducted from the refund total.
