Ronnie Fieg for ‘47
Coming SoonRonnie Fieg and ‘47 team up for their first-ever exclusive collection, comprising never-before-seen material executions such as cashmere, Italian wool, and Velvet Patina, across iconic silhouettes like the Deconstructed Franchise LS Fitted, the Hitch Strapback, and the Beanie. Each silhouette is complete with a Queens Unisphere co-branded crest, designed by Ronnie Fieg as a nod to ‘47’s standard Mayflower branding, as well as a Fieg-designed specialized ‘47 logo that serves as a marker for this new line of elevated, luxury headwear.
“I fell in love with the ‘47 Franchise LS Fitted since the first time I put one on. Its shape is perfect and it’s my favorite fitting hat, but I also love the way it ages. I wore my first Yankees fitted from ‘47 until it became sun-faded and tattered, and really appreciate the patina that has developed,” said Founder, CEO & Creative Director of Kith, Ronnie Fieg. “My relationship and Kith’s business with the brand has grown a lot over the years, and with this collection, I wanted to treat headwear the same way we approach everything at Kith—by focusing on premium fabrics, design, and storytelling. The goal for Season 1 is to create the greatest Yankees caps ever made, which we accomplished by elevating silhouettes with fabrics like Italian wool, velvet, pony hair, and more.”
Kith and ‘47 have been in partnership since 2023, weaving its heritage as a premium sporting goods company throughout seasonal collections and collaborations, highlighting teams like the New York Yankees, Mets, Giants, Knicks, and Rangers, along with other national franchises. This collection marks the introduction of Ronnie Fieg designed silhouettes exclusively with ‘47, as well as the first time ‘47 has changed their logo for any partner. Through Kith’s expert approach to elevating footwear and apparel, they now enter the custom headwear sector, utilizing luxury materials, upscale finishes, and all-new logo treatments.
Leather pony hair, velvet suede and patina, Italian wool, and cashmere define the fabric assortment, showcasing classic Kith and ‘47 headwear like the Aaron Classic Cap, the Deconstructed Franchise LS Fitted, Beanie, and Hitch Snapback at a level of elevation new to the fitted cap market. Each has a custom Japanese herringbone cotton sweatband, and styles like the Aaron Classic Cap have a satin lining. With these materials, the Kith and ‘47 teams ensured that the silhouettes are tailored to allow the integrity of these classic styles with fabrics never-before used. Each is designed in the staple Kith colorway Nocturnal, featuring New York Yankees lockups in contrast white and tonal black. Select silhouettes are complete with a custom leather belt closure at the back in tipped and braided variations.
Ronnie Fieg for ‘47 releases globally as a part of Kith’s Monday Program offering on November 17th in store, online, and on the Kith App at 11 AM in New York, London, and Paris timezones.
